Heather Anne Thomas (born Heather Anne Thomas) is a American actress, writer and activist. She became famous for her character Jody Banks on the Adventure Series 'The Fall Guy. Her TV debut came in a young age after she joined the ranks of the hosts on the NBC show Talking with a Giant. She then went on to get a master's degree from the School of Film and Theatre from ULCA and then made guest appearances on TV shows like "California Fever," "Co-Ed Fever', and 'The Misadventures of the Sheriff'. The breakthrough came in 1981, when she was invited in to take on the lead character in 'The fall Guy'. Thomas was a well-known brand in several states during the show's five-season run. Since then, she has appeared in numerous television films and series. In 1987, she was the role of the main character in the television adaptation 'Ford The Man and the Machine.' She received an Gemini Award for this performance. Thomas was forced to stop acting in 1998 after deciding that she was looking to focus more on her personal life. Thomas is currently an activist on a variety of causes, in addition to being a scriptwriter as well as a published author.
